Kuli-kuli is a west African food that is primarily made from peanuts (groundnut). It is often eaten alone or with a mixture of garri, sugar and water popularly called “garri soakings”. It can also be taken with “koko”, “fura”, “kamu” and is sometimes ground and put into salad. Our Kulikuli craks are sumptuous and very crunchy.
It is often ground as used as an ingredient for “Suya” and “Kilishi”. Kuli-kuli product has a lot of benefits such as, protecting the heart, strengthen the bones and prevent birth defects, helps regulate blood sugar, contains vitamin B3 which boosts both memory and brain function based on the nutritional composition of groundnut.
Its major ingredient of production is groundnuts.
